• Start promptly at 8:30am.
  - We aim for 3 minutes or less.
  - Call everyone together (30sec)
  - Hype up the teams with a core value (see below) (1 minute)
  - Thank the teams for serving (30sec)
  - Remind them to meet their 3 people (30sec)
  - Pray (30sec)
  - 1,2,3 HOUSE TEAM!
